Cancellation Policy
Customers can contact us to cancel the order before dispatch. In such cases, orders will be immediately cancelled and full refund will be processes to the customers same bank account within 5-7 business days. In no case do we entertain cancellation if the order is already shipped or dispatched.
Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an exchange is necessary. We're happy to offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value, provided the exchange is initiated within one day of receiving your original order.
Exchange Process:
We offer two convenient exchange options:
Option 1: Self Pack and Ship

Pack: Securely package the item you wish to exchange.

Ship: Send the package to our warehouse in Kerala using your preferred courier service. You are responsible for the shipping costs to our warehouse. You will be informed once we receive the returned product.

Reshipping Fee: We will reship the exchanged item to you for a standard fee of Rs 60. Expedited shipping options (Speed Post, Bluedart) are available for an additional charge.
Option 2: RF Managed Exchange
- For your convenience, we can manage the entire exchange shipping process for a fee of Rs 160/-.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your package, kindly record a clear video showcasing the complete unboxing process, starting from the unopened package seal. This video helps us verify any potential damage or discrepancies. If you receive a defective, damaged item, or an incorrect product, please reach out to our customer support team on the same day of delivery.

Review and Processing:
Our dedicated team will thoroughly review your submitted video to ensure it complies with our return policy. You will be notified of the approval or rejection status of your replacement request within 24 hours.
Approved Replacements
For approved replacement requests, a replacement will be processed within 3 business days from the date of delivery confirmation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products which comes under accessories category cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We provide refunds only for orders cancelled before dispatch.
For any order that were not delivered , refund will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the processing confirmation date.
Note : Failing in comply with our return policy may result non-refund or delay in processing your return.
